Fees and Payment Terms
Certain aspects of the Services may be subject to payment of fees (“Fees”). Step One IS will bill you through an online account for any such paid Services. You agree to pay all Fees in accordance with the terms described in the Services or otherwise communicated to you by Step One IS.
Termination
You may terminate your Account at any time by following the Account deletion process within the Services. Upon termination, you remain obligated to pay all outstanding Fees related to your use of the Services prior to termination. Step One IS reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Services at any time for any reason, including your violation of these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided ‘as is,’ without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Step one is does not warrant that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall step one is, its affiliates, agents, or licensors be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with the services. Step one is shall not be liable for any claim, damage, or loss related to your use of or inability to access or use the services.
